1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a SendReplay account or connecting a Zoom account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

SendReplay sends email messages containing the recording link of your Zoom webinars to the people who registered for them, using templates you control. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything sent from your account. You confirm that you have the right to email your webinar registrants about the webinar they registered for, that the content of your templates is lawful and not misleading, and that you will not use the service to send unsolicited or unrelated marketing. We may suspend accounts that generate excessive bounces or complaints.

4. Billing

The service is billed monthly in advance at the price shown on the pricing page. There is no free trial. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period, and no refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Sending, unsubscribes and deliverability

Every email includes an unsubscribe mechanism that we operate on your behalf, and we maintain a suppression list per account. Delivery depends on third parties (Zoom's APIs, DNS, mailbox providers) and we cannot guarantee that every email is delivered or that Zoom's attendance data is complete or timely. When attendance data is unavailable, all registrants receive the "attended" template.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from emails not sent, sent late, or sent to the wrong segment. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service. On termination we delete your stored tokens and, on request, all of your account data.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
